Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders placed prior to 5:00AM EDT/EST (Monday-Thursday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5:00AM EDT/EST will ship the following day (Unless the following day is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, in that case the order will ship Monday).
Q: Why don’t you ship on Fridays?
A: We only ship Monday-Thursday because our delivery service does not delivery over the weekend without special pricing being applied. Because our product is delivered fresh, it must be delivered within 2 days in order to stay at the optimum temperature.
Q: How is your product shipped?
A: All of our beef is hand cut per order and shipped fresh in a corrugated cooler lined box with 5-6 gel packs. Some poultry products are frozen as that allows the best shelf life without sacrificing quality.
Q: Meat arrives, NOW WHAT?
A: Your shipment will be fresh upon arrival (excluding poultry). If you do not plan to use the products within 5 days after delivery, freeze it to ensure the highest quality. If you decide to freeze, when you are ready to use the product, we strongly suggest thawing the item naturally by placing it in a refrigerator until unfrozen. Thawing our product in the microwave or by any other means will greatly increase the chance of deterioration in the quality of the meat.
Q: Do you have a will call location or can I purchase product directly from your facility?
A: We do not have a will call location and do not sell product directly from our facility. We maintain the highest-level food safety rating possible and this prevents the general public from visiting our facility.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not ship internationally.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, since we are shipping a large package of perishable product.
