Q. HOW IS YOUR PRODUCT SHIPPED?

All of our meats are hand cut per order and shipped fresh in a corrugated cooler lined box with around 5-6 gel packs. All standard overnight shipping is priced depending on location.

Q. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY PACKAGE?

  Orders are custom cut and will be shipped no later than the day following your order.  Standard overnight delivery is normally 1 business day.  We do not ship your product overlapping a weekend due to the perishable nature of our packages. We also will send you a tracking number when the order is shipped. 

Q. DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

No. Since we are shipping a large package of perishable product, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Q. MEAT ARRIVES, NOW WHAT?

Your shipment will be fresh upon arrival. If you do not plan to use the products within 5 days after delivery, freeze it to ensure the highest quality.  if you decide to freeze, and you're ready to use the product, we strongly suggest thawing the item naturally by placing it in a refrigerator until unfrozen. Thawing our product in the microwave or by any other means will greatly increase the chance of deterioration in the quality of the meat.
